Orders & Process

We value your time and so have set-up a system that allows you to shop with comfort and ease.You can select the category of the product you wish to purchase for yourself or your loved ones, and choose the product of your choice and add it to your cart.Kindly check if delivery services are available for your pin code. Once you have all your desired products in your cart, you can click on the checkout option. Here you can enter your log in details (if you are an existing member) or your Billing Details (in case of a guest user) post which you will be directed to the payment gateway wherein you can choose your mode of payment followed by “Place Order”.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an Order confirmation mail to your registered Email ID. You will also receive an email with the delivery status and the tracking number of your order once they are shipped. In case you do not receive any email kindly contact us at “info@yazuri.in”with your order details.

Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. The invoice will contain detailed information about the VAT/CST charges that are inclusive in the prices mentioned.

We are sorry to inform you but, once your order has been placed, you cannot exchange it with any other product. Also, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

Payment Options

We have multiple payment options available which includes Cash on Delivery, Credit Card / Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash Cards / Wallets, Mobile Payments, IMPS and Easy EMI offered by various banks. All our payment gateways are trusted and safe and use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your card information. We do not store your card information.
Kindly Note Yazuri does not charge your Credit Card / Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash Cards / Wallets, Mobile Payments or IMPS until you Place Order / your order has been processed and your shipping address details have been entered. Prices and availability of the products are subject to change without any prior notification.

We have a Cash on Delivery option (COD) for online purchases. You can make the payment to our Courier partner, once you receive your product. Due to security reasons no order priced above 20,000/- will be available for purchase through Cash on Delivery.

Kindly check if cash on delivery is available for your pin code in the check box once you select the product (when you view product details) before proceeding for placing the order.If available, then once you have placed all your desired products in the cart, you can click on the checkout option. You will be prompted towards the payment gateway where after entering your shipping address & mobile number or logging in, you can select the ‘Cash on Delivery’ option. You will be sent to an order confirmation page, where you will receive a confirmation message.

Kindly note all COD orders will be processed and shipped once you receive a confirmation call from our Customer Service Representatives to verify your mobile number & address given by you at the time of placing the order. And if we are unable reach you on your given mobile number within 3 days of your order placement, we will be forced to cancel your order.Kindly ensure that the mobile number you provide during the order is available and answered. This is to ensure a smooth transaction and coordination between you and our courier partners.

Our COD facility is limited by the reach of courier companies. Once you enter your pin code while ordering, you can check for the availability. If your location is not supported by the COD service, please choose another payment option while placing the order.

We accept all major cards. You can pay online using your Debit/ Credit card through any of our Payment Partners such as MasterCard/ Visa/ American Express/ Maestro. You need to enter your 16-digit Credit card/ Debit card number followed by 3 digit CVV number which is found on the back of the card. You will require the following details: card number, expiry date, three digit CVV number, post which you will be redirected to a secured payment gateway for your 3D secure password. Kindly note, we do not store your credit card information.

For Internet Banking, we accept payments from more than 53 IndianBanks.

Distance creates geographical boundaries, but not in our world. We are one of the very few online shopping sites in India that offers this service. You can use an international card while making your payment. For our convenience, ensure that your billing address is consistent with your shipping address in India. For security purposes, an internal upper limit has been issued on the amount of international transaction fixed by our Payment Gateway Partner, which differs from time to time.


There are absolutely no hidden charges or extra charges for the purchases you make. All prices are inclusive of Value-Added Taxes (VAT) and Central Sales Tax (CST)

Yes, if there are any Octroi charges applicable to your city/state/Pincode, it will have to be borne by you as per actuals for both Prepaid & COD orders.

Shipping Policy

As an added advantage to our customers, we do not levy any shipping charges for their online purchases within India.

We try to ship the products the same day you place the order and make sure you receive the same at the earliest. All purchases are shipped from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays). You may receive the package between 3-7 working days.
Kindly Note if due to any unforeseen circumstances, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, Acts of God, natural calamities, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties, we may not be able to deliver the products within the stipulated time frame, We yazuri.in will not be held responsible for any such delays.

A billing address is the address of the person placing the order. The shipping address refers to the address you want your products to be delivered to. Both addresses can be the same or different, depending on the intent of the purchaser.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order twice.Most courier companies will call you before coming over to deliver the item. Please ensure that the mobile number you provide is always available and answered. It is important that your address and landmark are very clear. This will help us locate you easily and complete the process faster. Please be available at the designated address.

The field executive will make no less than 2 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or at a later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/courier person, when he gets in touch with you.

Returns Policy

We at Yazuri do not accept any returns or exchange any products. We take great care in shipping the products to you, and the need for a replacement does not arise. Nevertheless, in case the shipment is tampered or damaged during transit, we would request you not to accept the product.

Yes. If you receive a product that has been damaged or if a wrong product is delivered, you may call our customer service number at +91-22-61984913 or email us at info@yazuri.in and inform them about the damaged or wrong product delivered, after which you may send us the damaged or the wrong product within 2 working days of receipt of the order. Once we receive the damaged or wrong product, we will send it for inspection to determine the cause of damage (in case of damaged product) and will replace the product or will refund the amount in case the product is out of stock based on the below conditions. The following products will not be eligible for any returns / refunds or exchanges If:
• The product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
• The product that has been washed
• The product which is not in its original condition
• The product that is returned without its original packaging, invoice, Price Tag, and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
• The product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
• The Product Box is in damaged / tampered condition

Please note that Yazuri will not be responsible for any loss or damage of product in transit when you ship it back to us for returns.

Registration with Yazuri

Creating an account with Yazuri is optional. You can also make a purchase as a guest and enter your billing address to complete the order.

By having an account, you will be able to save a lot of time at the checkout counter, as your billing details are already saved with us. You can also review your previous orders, and get the latest updates on our offers and sales promotions.

During registration, you will be asked if you are interested in receiving promotional emails from Yazuri, in case you do not wish to receive them, you can uncheck the option.

We at Yazuri realize the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.
In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.
